Trip Includes:

  • Roundtrip deluxe motorcoach transportation from Indianapolis, IN to Washington, D.C. and for all touring
  • Three (3) nights hotel accommodations at a limited-service hotel in a Washington, D.C. suburb
  • All meals beginning with lunch on Day One and ending with dinner on Day Four. Meals will be a combination of fast food, buffets, cash allotments, pre-selected and plated meals per the itinerary

Individual Cancellation Fees

Cancellation fees apply and cannot be waived, optional travel insurance is highly recommended to protect your investment.

  • In the event an individual cancellation is received up to 61 days prior to departure, the individual will be charged 10%, in addition to any non-refundable costs set forth by GTG for the purpose of acquiring vendor services for the individual.
  • In the event an individual cancellation is received 60 – 31 days prior to departure, the individual will be charged 50%, in addition to any non-refundable costs set forth by GTG for the purpose of acquiring vendor services for the individual.
  • There is no refund for cancellations within 30 days prior to departure.

*Note: GTG must receive written notice of all cancellations and changes.

Should actual locations, dates, or participation change, Grueninger Travel Group reserves the right to adjust prices accordingly.
