  • Roundtrip deluxe motorcoach transportation from Indianapolis, IN to Washington, D.C. and for all touring
  • Three (3) nights hotel accommodations at a limited-service hotel in a Washington, D.C. suburb

Individual Cancellation Fees

Cancellation fees apply and cannot be waived, optional travel insurance is highly recommended to protect your investment.

  • In the event an individual cancellation is received up to 121 days prior to departure, the individual will be charged $100 and any non-refundable costs set forth by GTG for the purpose of acquiring vendor services for the individual.
  • In the event an individual cancellation is received 120 – 91 days prior to departure, the individual will be charged 25%, in addition to any non-refundable costs set forth by GTG for the purpose of acquiring vendor services for the individual.
  • In the event an individual cancellation is received 90 – 61 days prior to departure, the individual will be charged 50%, in addition to any non-refundable costs set forth by GTG for the purpose of acquiring vendor services for the individual.
  • In the event an individual cancellation is received 60 – 46 days prior to departure, the individual will be charged 75%, in addition to any non-refundable costs set forth by GTG for the purpose of acquiring vendor services for the individual.
  • There is no refund for cancellations within 45 days prior to departure.

*Note: GTG must receive written notice of all cancellations and changes.

This proposal is prepared for the specific dates and calendar year indicated herein and for those specific services outlined. Prices and availability are subject to change until contracted. Some activities and events cannot be booked until the group’s first payment is received. Should actual locations, dates, or participation change, Grueninger Travel Group reserves the right to adjust prices accordingly.
