- Flight from Denver to Los Angeles arriving mid-day/afternoon

Day 2 – Sunday, December 29, 2024
- Enjoy breakfast in the hotel
- Visit Santa Monica Beach & Pier
- This afternoon visit Hollywood and see the TCL Theater with the famous hand and foot prints, the Hollywood Sign and the Hollywood Walk of Fame
- Free time at the Original Farmer’s Market for dinner (on own)
Day 3 – Monday, December 30, 2024
- Enjoy breakfast in the hotel
- View the floats under construction in Pasadena
- This afternoon watch the University of Wyoming perform in Bandfest
- Enjoy an evening with the UW Alumni and Band (TBD)
Day 4 – Tuesday, December 31, 2024
- Hotel breakfast
- Spend the day at Disneyland with the band
- Early to bed
Day 5 – Wednesday, January 1, 2025
- Box breakfast from the hotel
- The 136th Rose Parade steps off at 8:00am
- Return to hotel following the parade
- Free time in and around hotel area
- End of season banquet and dinner with the band
Day 6 – Thursday, January 2, 2025
- Enjoy breakfast in the hotel based on flight departure times
- Transfer to the airport
- Depart for home flights

PAYMENT SCHEDULE
Deposit and Final Payment: $500 per person is due at registration. On June 25, 2024 a second deposit of $500 per person is required. On August 25, 2024 a third deposit of $500 per person is required. Final payment is due on October 25, 2024. Credit card payments will incur a 3% processing fee. There are no processing fees if paying by Bank Transfer or mailing in a check. Please make checks payable to Grueninger Music Tours. A $35 late fee will be charged for payments overdue. A $30 fee will apply for disputed credit card transactions on any previously authorized amount.
CANCELLATION FEES & TRAVEL INSURANCE
Cancellations from initial deposit: June 24, 2024 will incur a $100 per person cancellation fee per person. Cancellations from June 25, 2024 – August 24, 2024 will incur a 25% of trip cost cancellation fee per person. Cancellations from August 25, 2024 – October 24, 2024 will incur a 50% of trip cost cancellation fee per person. No refund will be given for cancellations after October 24, 2024.
Travel Insurance: Grueninger Music Tours strongly recommends that travelers purchase a travel protection plan. Travel protection safeguards your travel investment, your belongings and most importantly, you. Your travel protection plan should cover, at a minimum, cancellation, curtailment, medical, emergency travel and personal accidents, and damage or loss to personal belongings. Travel protection with Cancel for Any Reason coverage is available as well. The cost of the travel protection plan depends on the cost of the tour package purchased.

- Fly from Denver to a Los Angeles area airport. Upon arrival, continue to the rental car counter to pick up your car. Transfer to your hotel to check-in for the next five nights
Day 2 – Sunday, December 29, 2024
- Day at Leisure
- After breakfast at the hotel, enjoy the day to explore the Los Angeles area; Band will be at Disney
Day 3 – Monday, December 30, 2024
- Day at Leisure
- After breakfast at the hotel, enjoy the day to explore the Los Angeles area; Band will be performing in Bandfest in Pasadena
Day 4 – Tuesday, December 31, 2024
- Day at Leisure
- After breakfast at the hotel, enjoy the day to explore the Los Angeles area. Band will be in Santa Monica and Hollywood
Day 5 – Wednesday, January 1, 2025
- After breakfast at the hotel, depart for Pasadena and a reserved parking spot. View the 136th Rose Parade with Reserved Grandstand Seats with all of the fans from the University of Wyoming. Cheer on the “Western Thunder” Marching Band, and admire the magnificent floral floats and high-stepping equestrians. Enjoy an End of Year Celebration Dinner with the Band

Day 6 – Thursday, January 2, 2025
- Travel Day
- After breakfast at the hotel, return your rental car and fly home to Denver with great memories of the trip to California
