INDIVIDUAL CANCELLATION FEES

Cancellation fees apply and cannot be waived, optional travel insurance is highly recommended to protect your investment.

• In the event an individual cancels more than 90 days before departure, the individual will be charged a fee equal to any non-refundable costs set forth by GMT for the purpose of acquiring vendor services for the individual.
• If an individual cancellation is received 90 – 61 days before departure, the individual will be charged 25% of the individual’s tour fee, in addition to any non-refundable costs set forth by GMT for the purpose of acquiring vendor services for the individual.
• If an individual cancellation is received 60 – 46 days prior to departure, the individual will be charged 50% of the individual’s tour fee, in addition to any non-refundable costs set forth by GMT for the purpose of acquiring vendor services for the individual.
• If an individual cancellation is received 45 – 31 days prior to departure, the individual will be charged 75% of the individual’s tour fee, in addition to any non-refundable costs set forth by GMT for the purpose of acquiring vendor services for the individual.
• There is no refund for an individual cancellation within the last 30 days.

*Note: GMT must receive written a notice of all cancellations and changes.
