ITINERARY
Thursday, December 28
Travel Day
Fly via non-stop charter to a Los Angeles area airport. Upon arrival, meet your GMT representative at baggage claim who will direct you to your awaiting motorcoach. If time permits, visit the Getty Museum – A museum with something for everyone: art, modern design, unique gardens, and spectacular city views. Transfer to your hotel to check-in for the next five nights.
Friday, December 29
Santa Monica Beach & Pier / Hollywood / Farmer’s Market
After breakfast at the hotel, visit the Santa Monica Beach & Pier with the band. Experience the by-the-water amusement park and ride the iconic Ferris wheel. Transfer to Hollywood. Explore Hollywood’s most-famous sites such as TCL Chinese Theater and the Hollywood Sign. Then onto the Original Farmer’s Market. Spend the remainder of the evening at leisure.
Saturday, December 30
Float Viewing and Bandfest
After breakfast at the hotel, transfer to Pasadena. View the magnificent floral construction of the Rose Parade floats and appreciate what it takes to make these spectacular feats of ingenuity. Attend the Tournament of Roses’ Bandfest to watch the Niceville Eagle Pride Marching Band perform. Spend the remainder of the evening at leisure.
Sunday, December 31
Knott’s Berry Farm
After breakfast at the hotel, transfer to Knott’s Berry Farm for the day. What was once an actual berry farm is now world class rides, unique family shows and one of a kind attractions. Knott’s Berry Farm is Southern California’s newest resort, America’s first theme park and the country’s 11th most visited park according to Amusement Business. This exciting 160-acre park is one of the main tourist attractions in Southern California. The park consists of six themed areas including Camp Snoopy, Ghost Town, the Boardwalk and more. Besides dozens of rides and attractions, the park also features special live music and theater performances, great restaurants and many shops. Blockbuster attractions include GhostRider, the longest and highest-rated wooden roller coaster in the Western U.S., Supreme Scream, the world’s tallest descending thrill ride, 30-stories up, 3 seconds down, the high-octane thrill of Xcelerator, rated the world’s best launch coaster, sending riders 0-80 in 2.3 seconds, and the Boomerang – this scream machine puts you head-over-heels six times in less than 1 minute! Evening return to the hotel.
Monday, January 1
Rose Parade / Celebration Dinner Dance
After an included box breakfast from the hotel, view the 135th Rose Parade with Reserved Grandstand Seats with all of the fans from Niceville. Cheer on the Niceville Eagle Pride Marching Band, and admire the magnificent floral floats and high-stepping equestrians. Enjoy a Celebration Dinner Dance event with the band this evening.
Tuesday, January 2
Travel Day
After breakfast at the hotel, fly home via non-stop charter with great memories of the trip to California.

PAYMENT SCHEDULE
Deposit and Final Payment: $500 per person is due at registration. On June 25, 2023 a second deposit of $500 per person is required for Tours A & C. On August 25, 2023 a third deposit of $500 per person is required for Tours A & C. Final payment is due on October 25, 2023. Credit card payments will incur a 4% processing fee. Bank transfers (eChecks or ACH) will incur a 1%+$.30 processing fee. There are no processing fees if mailing in a check. Please make checks payable to Grueninger Music Tours. No payment reminders will be sent for check payments. A $35 late fee will be charged for payments overdue. A $30 fee will apply for disputed credit card transactions on any previously authorized amount.
CANCELLATION FEES & TRAVEL INSURANCE
Cancellations from initial deposit – June 24, 2023 will incur a 10% cancellation fee per person. Cancellations from June 25, 2023 – August 24, 2023 will incur a 25% cancellation fee per person. Cancellations from August 25, 2023 – October 24, 2023 will incur a 50% cancellation fee per person. No refund will be given for cancellations after October 24, 2023.

After breakfast at the hotel, enjoy the day to explore the Los Angeles area. Band will visit rehearsing and working on the floats.

Day at Leisure
After breakfast at the hotel, enjoy the day to explore the Los Angeles area. Band will be performing in Bandfest in Pasadena.
Sunday, December 31
Day at Leisure
After breakfast at the hotel, enjoy the day to explore the Los Angeles area. Band will be at Knott’s Berry Farm.
Monday, January 1
Rose Parade / Celebration Dinner Dance
After breakfast from at hotel, depart the hotel for Pasadena and a reserved parking spot. View the 135th Rose Parade with Reserved Grandstand Seats with all of the fans from Niceville. Tuesday, January 2
Travel Day
After breakfast at the hotel, return your rental car and fly home via non-stop charter with great memories of the trip to California.
