Friday, December 27
Travel Day
Fly to a Los Angeles area airport. Transfer to your hotel. Your GMT representative will meet you at your hotel and assist with hotel check-in.
Saturday, December 28
Getty Museum / Santa Monica Beach & Pier / Float building
Visit the Getty Museum – A museum with something for everyone: art, modern design, unique gardens, and spectacular city views. Visit the Santa Monica Beach & Pier and experience the by-the-water amusement park and ride the iconic Ferris Wheel. Get a behind-the-scenes experience working on the parade float.
Sunday, December 29
Disney All Day
After breakfast at the hotel, transfer to Disneyland and Disney’s California Adventure. Enjoy your favorite stories as they come to life in the happiest place on Earth. Evening return to the hotel.
Monday, December 30
Free time / Bandfest
Have your morning free. Enjoy lunch in Old Town Pasadena. After lunch, attend the Tournament of Roses’ bandfest to watch the New England Honor Band perform. Spend the remainder of the evening at leisure.
Tuesday, December 31
Free time / Hollywood
Have your morning free. Transfer to explore the Original Farmer’s Market and then move on to Hollywood for a guided tour. Explore Hollywood’s most-famous sites such as TCL Chinese Theater and the Hollywood Sign. Spend the remainder of the evening at leisure.
Wednesday, January 1
Rose parade / Celebration Dinner Dance
After an included box breakfast from the hotel, view the 135th Rose Parade with Reserved Grandstand Seats with all of the fans from the New England Honor Band. Cheer on the New England Honor Band and admire the magnificent floral floats and high-stepping equestrians. Enjoy a Celebration Dinner Dance event with the band this evening.
Thursday, January 2
Travel Day
After breakfast at the hotel, fly home with great memories of the trip to California.

PAYMENT SCHEDULE
Deposit and Final Payment: $500 per person is due at registration. $750 per person is due on September 15, 2024. On November 11, 2024, the balance is due.
Credit card payments will incur a 3% processing fee. There are no processing fees if mailing in a check. Please make checks payable to Grueninger Music Tours. No payment reminders will be sent for check payments. A $35 late fee will be charged for payments overdue. A $30 fee will apply for disputed credit card transactions on any previously authorized amount.
CANCELLATION FEES & TRAVEL INSURANCE
Cancellations from initial deposit – July 31, 2024, will incur a $175 cancellation fee per person plus any non-refundable vendor or incurred cost. Cancellations from August 1, 2024 – September 14, 2024, will incur a $450 cancellation fee per person plus any non-refundable vendor or incurred cost. Cancellations from September 15, 2024 – November 10, 2024, will incur a $950 cancellation fee per person plus any non-refundable vendor or incurred cost. No refund will be given for cancellations after November 11, 2024.
