(Based on a minimum of 120 travelers to Nashville and 65 travelers to Los Angeles)

Deposit: $100 per person, non-refundable by September 15, 2017

Second Payment: $500, October 16, 2017

Third Payment:  $500, November 16, 2017

Fourth Payment, $500, December 16, 2017

Final Payment: $1,278 to $1,948  by January 26, 2018

Cancellation Policy:

For individual cancellations up to 180 days prior:  $50 per person fee. (April 25, 2018)

From 179 – 90 days prior: $100 per person fee (April 26 – July 24, 2018)

From 89 – 60 days prior: $300 per person fee (July 25 – August 23, 2018)

From 59 – 46 days prior:  50% of the individual’s tour fee (August 24 – September 6, 2018)

From 45 – 31 days prior:  75% of the individual’s tour fee ( September 7 – September 21, 2018)

There is no refund for cancellations within 30 days prior to departure.

Note: GMT must receive a written notice of all cancellations and changes.

Trip Insurance: Optional Trip Insurance through Travel Insured.

Payment Terms:

We will email payment reminders. If payment is not received within seven (7) days of payment date, your registration will be temporarily terminated until your account is current. There will be a $35 fee to reinstate your registration.

When you sign up for payment via credit card, these will be pre-scheduled auto payments. Credit card charges will show on your statement as Ambassadair/Grueninger Tours.

With all payments, any disputed credit card charges, declined credit card, expired credit card entered or bounced check will incur an administrative fee of $35 per occurrence, in addition to any imposed bank fees.

 NOTE:  Late registrants must make catch-up payments to total the minimum amount due per the payment schedule.
