- Tournament of Roses Band Director Working Breakfast this morning with Drum Majors
- Breakfast in hotel for the rest of the band
- Depart for Pasadena
- Photo of band taken in front of the Rose Bowl Stadium
- In-N-Out Burger for lunch from Tournament of Roses (chaperones to receive box lunch separately)
- View the 2025 Rose Parade Floats in Pasadena
- Afternoon Bandfest Performance
- Drive the parade route
- Dinner Dance party with the other Rose Parade bands
- Breakfast in hotel for the band
- Spend the day at Disneyland
- March down Main Street U.S.A. in Disney’s Imagination Campus Performance
- Lunch and Dinner (on own)
- Tournament of Roses Band Director Brunch with dignitaries this morning in Pasadena
- Breakfast in hotel for the rest of the band
- Visit Santa Monica Beach & Pier with lunch (included on the beach)
- Parade rehearsal at Santa Monica high school in the afternoon
- Visit Universal’s City Walk for some free time and dinner (on own)
- Ring in the New Year at the hotel at 9pm PST (12am midnight EST in Times Square) with an ice cream social
- Early to bed

- March in the 136th Rose Parade
- In-N-Out Burger provided by the Tournament of Roses (chaperones to In-N-Out separately)

- Reserved Grandstand seats for the parade. Staff, Chaperones and Family & Friends will be seated together at TV Corner. These seats are perfect for viewing the parade without any obstruction from buildings or trees. The seats are easily accessible with the sun at their back and not in their eyes. Includes bus parking for the group in the grandstand.
- Experienced GMT travel directors with hands-on knowledge are “on-call” at all times.

CANCELLATION SCHEDULE
- In the event an individual cancellation is received from registration to July 27, 2024, the individual will be charged a $100 per person cancellation fee in addition to any non-recoverable costs set forth by GMT for the purposes of acquiring vendor services for the individual.
- In the event an individual cancellation is received July 28, 2024-August 27, 2024, the individual will be charged a 15% cancellation fee based on the estimated per person tour price in addition to any non-recoverable costs set forth by GMT for the purposes of acquiring vendor services for the individual.
- In the event an individual cancellation is received August 28, 2024-September 27, 2024, the individual will be charged a 25% cancellation fee based on the estimated per person tour price in addition to any non-recoverable costs set forth by GMT for the purposes of acquiring vendor services for the individual.
- In the event an individual cancellation is received September 28, 2024-October 27, 2024, the individual will be charged a 50% cancellation fee based on the estimated per person tour price in addition to any non-recoverable costs set forth by GMT for the purposes of acquiring vendor services for the individual.
- In the event an individual cancellation is received October 28, 2024-November 14, 2024, the individual will be charged a 75% cancellation fee based on the estimated per person tour price in addition to any non-recoverable costs set forth by GMT for the purposes of acquiring vendor services for the individual.
- In the event an individual cancellation is received after November 14, 2024, the individual will be charged a 100% cancellation fee based on the estimated per person tour price.
