Student Tour Price:
$1,029 per student based on 50 traveling per motorcoach (100 student minimum)
$1,079 per student based on 45 traveling per motorcoach (90 student minimum)
$1,129 per student based on 40 traveling per motorcoach (80 student minimum)

$250 per person deposit required to reserve your spot.

Payment Schedule

• March 29, 2023 | $500 per person deposit due
• April 28, 2023 | Final payment due

Individual Cancellation Fees

Cancellation fees apply and cannot be waived, optional travel insurance is highly recommended to protect your investment.

• In the event an individual cancellation is received up to 61 days prior to departure, the individual will be charged 10%, in addition to any non-refundable costs set forth by GTG for the purpose of acquiring vendor services for the individual.
• In the event an individual cancellation is received 60 – 31days prior to departure, the individual will be charged 50%, in addition to any non-refundable costs set forth by GTG for the purpose of acquiring vendor services for the individual.
• There is no refund for cancellations within 30 days prior to departure.

*Note: GTG must receive written notice of all cancellations and changes.

The Student Protection Plan has been purchased on behalf of all travelers, which helps provide coverage post-departure. Plan details can be found by clicking HERE.

Optional Student Deluxe Protection Plan (Cancel For Any Reason) may be purchased and is strongly recommended. Travel Protection is through Travel Insured and must be purchased prior to making final payment to the school. Details can be found by clicking HERE.
