Individual Cancellation Fees

Cancellation fees apply and cannot be waived, optional travel insurance is highly recommended to protect your investment.

  • In the event an individual cancellation is received up to 61 days prior to departure, the individual will be charged 10%, in addition to any non-refundable costs set forth by GTG for the purpose of acquiring vendor services for the individual.
  • In the event an individual cancellation is received 60 – 31days prior to departure, the individual will be charged 50%, in addition to any non-refundable costs set forth by GTG for the purpose of acquiring vendor services for the individual.
  • There is no refund for cancellations within 30 days prior to departure.

Some activities and events cannot be booked until the group’s first payment is received. Should actual locations, dates, or participation change, Grueninger Travel Group reserves the right to adjust prices accordingly.

Therefore, we feel that any and all information prepared and included in this presentation is unique and creative in its content, and thus consider these materials to be confidential in nature.
